Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support key functions including Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and the customer
- Responsible for ensuring all orders have been released to warehouse floor, properly allocated, and prioritized for processing
- Monitor order fulfillment progress and report status to internal and external customers as needed
- Research and troubleshoot order allocation issues
- Responsible for warehouse management system administrative duties such as setting up new customers, adding customer part numbers / SKUs, and ensuring inventory allocation setup based on customer requirements regarding serialization vs non-serialization
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related degree; If no degree then at least 3 years of related experience
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP/MRP system
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
