Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilizes order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, record prices, delivery dates, inventory status, maintain customer information and other data related to each transaction.
- Confirms orders, updates shipping status, and notifies customers of any backorder or delivery delays.
- Researches and resolves order errors and updates the system.
- Prepare packing lists or other order-related documentation.
- Comply with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of related experience
- Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP/MRP system.
- Excellent computer skills including Office 365 and Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related experience
Physical Requirements:
- Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
- Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
