This is a remote position; however, we prefer candidate to be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.


What will this role entail?


As a Mid-Market ERP Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in positioning our ERP services to prospects. With a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage Intacct, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge financial solutions that drive business success and innovation. You'll work closely with our dynamic team and regional partner representatives to provide clients with tailored business and technology solutions that bring immense value and benefits to their organizations.

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for both our Sage and Dynamics BC services.
  • Client Targeting: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Account Planning: Identifying and strategically positioning our services with various stakeholders in the client organization
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ business challenges and present tailored financial management solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Sage Intacct and Dynamics BC product developments to effectively position our services.
  • Compelling Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Sales Tracking: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software.

Qualifications:


  • First and foremost, you need to enjoy what you do, have a positive attitude, and be competitive! Good interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation, focus and passion for selling strategic IT services are critical to this role. Being a team player, but also independent and tenacious will be important to your success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Sage Intacct services, Dynamics BC services or other financial management software
  • Ability to close $1 million+ sales quota in the first year.  This will include software, implementation and support services
  • Strong knowledge of financial management software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
