Job Position: Technical Solutions & Growth Architect

Position Summary:


eTelligent Group is seeking a Technical Solutions & Growth Architect to drive technical excellence and strategic growth within the federal sector. This role will support the Growth team to design compelling technical solutions, develop winning proposals, and strategize for federal business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, a deep understanding of federal procurement processes, and the ability to craft impactful technical responses to RFPs and other solicitation types.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design end-to-end, scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions tailored to federal client needs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate innovative approaches into solution designs.
  • Develop architectural diagrams, implementation plans, and cost estimates for proposals.
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams during the proposal and delivery phases.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to identify, qualify, and shape federal opportunities.
  • Contribute to win strategies, technical approaches, and differentiators that align with federal client missions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine technical solution strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders to understand their challenges and objectives.
  • Write compelling, clear, and compliant technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical, cost, and past performance elements into winning proposals.
  • Ensure proposals meet federal regulations, including FAR and DFARS compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Drive innovation within the Growth team by leveraging technical expertise and market insights.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, proposal writing, capture management, or related roles within the federal sector.
  • Proven track record of designing technical solutions and contributing to successful federal contract awards.

Skills required:


  • Deep understanding of federal acquisition lifecycle, RFP processes, and contracting vehicles.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or proposal management software.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern architectures (microservices, event-driven), and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Minimum Eligibility: US Citizenship or Permanent Residency for at least three (3) years.

Location:

Preferred as hybrid but remote is acceptable. Either way occasional travel to DC or other customer locations would be requested.
