Description:
- Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or external customers
- Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns
- Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday, 7PM-3AM
- Sunday - Thursday, 7AM-3PM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of applicable experience (5 years of applicable experience can be substituted for the degree)
- Certification: IAT level 1 required (A+ or Network+)
- Customer Service Data Entry
- Microsoft Office
- Windows
- Active Directory
- ServiceNow Ticketing System
Clearance Requirements
