Who We’re Looking For  


We are excited to add a Copilot Studio Engineer to our Modern Workplace team to help our customers adopt private, public and hybrid cloud solutions. In this role, you’ll work on a team of customer-focused professionals committed to defining technical strategy, designing, and delivering customized AI-driven workflows and integrations using Microsoft’s Copilot Studio. This role is highly focused on technical development and implementation, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems. At Concurrency, we believe in living out our core values every day.

What You'll Do


  • Design and implement intelligent workflows, custom AI agents, and automation solutions using Copilot Studio.
  • Develop and test conditional workflows, triggers, and advanced automation to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Create and manage integrations between Copilot Studio and enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and SharePoint.
  • Configure data connectors and APIs to enable robust and secure data flow between systems.
  • Collaborate with customer and solution architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Develop and maintain data mappings, workflows, and configurations to ensure AI solutions function as intended.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and refine workflows for optimal performance and user experience.
  • Ensure all technical implementations adhere to industry standards and organizational governance policies.
  • Monitor deployed AI agents and workflows, collecting data to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze feedback from users to fine-tune AI workflows and enhance solution accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement iterative changes based on evolving client needs and business objectives.
  • Create and update technical documentation, including workflows, configuration details, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide technical support during and after solution deployment, assisting with issue resolution and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting reusable components and best practices for future use.

What You'll Need


  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating AI-driven workflows and agents.
  • Proficiency in no/low code API integration and data connectors to enable communication between systems.
  • Strong understanding of data management, including mapping, validation, and transformation.
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies to customize generative AI outputs.
  • Understanding of compliance and governance frameworks in solution design.

What Will Set You Apart


  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse or other relational database systems.
  • Prior experience in AI solution development or enterprise system integration.
  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies is a plus.
