PriceLabs integrates with over 150+ partners and is looking to grow further in years to come.<br>This individual will work closely with our engineering team, support team and partners to ensure that we are maintaining high-quality integrations.<br><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><strong><br></strong></div><ul><li>Help partners understand our APIs and support their integration efforts.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation, including API guides and use cases.</li><li>Address and escalate technical issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain and enhance data quality and completeness across integrations to ensure our platform supports advanced analytics and decision-making.</li><li>Run certification programs for new integrations and enhancements.</li><li>Educate Sales and Support teams on new integrations and updates.</li><li>Setup monitoring and regularly tracking the performance of existing integration</li></ul><div><strong><u>About You:</u></strong><br><strong><br></strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role, managing technical projects and working with partners.</li><li>Proficient in APIs and integration processes, with a strong understanding of engineering workflows.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.</li><li>High attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in documentation and project execution.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>How to apply for this position?</u></strong></div><div><br></div><div>Please fill out the form with the required details.
