Senior Analyst and Technical Writer/Editor


to lead a project and support our federal client.  Our ideal candidate possesses outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and will contribute effectively towards our team goals in a cross-functional role and ensure exceptional customer experience for our clients and their employees. 

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Edit and track Congressional Mandated Reports (CMR) and Congressional Tracked Reports (CTR) 
  • Develop and edit communications artifacts (articles, fact sheets, press releases, eblasts, brochures, posters, video scripts, etc.) and related activities 
  • Navigate client review processes and incorporating edits 
  • Facilitate client meetings to ideate on new products, discuss progress on current products underway, and finalize deliverables 
  • Develop new articles, products, social media, or other communications product ideas and pitch to team and clients 
  • Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.  
  • Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology; must possess a strong understanding of medical and healthcare industry terminology. 
  • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. 
  • Provide copy editing for fellow team members and ensure quality control of end products. 
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress 
  • Assist in conducting analyses of specific issues and identification of alternatives 
  • Assist in creating and presenting executive-level briefings and presentations on project status, risks, issues, and strategies 
  • Consolidate, review, and analyze data for client deliverables 
  • Compile project-related metrics & track implementation task activities for reporting to leadership 
  • Manage complex landscape of stakeholders  

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 10 years of overall professional experience 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail 
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) 
  • Ability to write creative copy both for large pieces of content (e.g. product descriptions) and smaller texts (e.g. social media posts) 
  • Effective project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills 
  • Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently  
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint 
  • Resource needs to be flexible and understand role will be fluid – may have other duties as assigned 
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:


  • VA experience preferred 
  • Communications experience in a large-scale healthcare environment

$95,000 - $110,000 a yearThis range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands. In addition to salary, Trilogy offers robust benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance coverage, 401(k) match, paid holidays, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a very supportive work/life balance.

Regarding remote positions, Trilogy Federal is able to offer virtual employment in the following states: Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New York, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
