Minitab is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you’ll source, screen, and engage top talent while overseeing the interview and onboarding process. You will serve as a key ambassador of Minitab’s recruitment efforts, supporting candidates every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach through pre-boarding.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including travel arrangements, debriefs, and offer letters.
- Oversee onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain requisitions and candidate data in Greenhouse.
- Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process, offering a seamless experience from interview to offer acceptance.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of talent acquisition and sourcing experience.
- University degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interview scheduling and candidate management skills.
- If remote, willingness to travel to the office monthly or quarterly.
- Experience of hiring across EMEA/APAC highly desired.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
