Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a
Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be leading the technical support of a large IT program under an established contract vehicle. Day to day tasks will require blending commercial strategy experience, knowledge of the federal landscape, and PMO support with leading-edge technical capabilities. Dark Wolf is the prime contractor for this effort. We are seeking a respected leader who demonstrates proactive contract management, excellent communication skills, and aligns with our company's core values.
This position will be based out of Tampa, FL with hybrid/remote opportunities. Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 5 –10 people to assist the agency in the development and implementation of an innovative, executable, agile strategy to deploy IT infrastructure and cyber security services and solutions.
- Leading personnel within the following disciplines: Strategic Assessment, Strategy Development and Execution, Management Consulting Services, Cyber security and DevSecOps Consulting Services.
- Interacting with all stakeholders in the software factory, including requirements engineers, developers, platform engineers, security, and executive level sponsors.
- Managing and producing deliverables for the client in support of creating a new software factory.
- Demonstrating the creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
- Identifying and addressing client needs while displaying the ability to contribute to the development of a business vision and manage implementation efforts.
- Managing and/or contributing to project planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing projects and/or leading technical teams
- Previous experience working with Agile software development teams
- Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and typical tools in a pipeline including SAST/DAST, dependency checkers, unit testing frameworks, and code quality checkers
- Deep understanding of cloud environments from major cloud service providers, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge and understanding of RMF and the Assessment and Authorization process
- Ability to articulate FISMA, FedRAMP levels, and DoD Impact Levels
- Strong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills
- US Citizenship and have Secret security clearance with eligibility to the Top Secret/SCI level
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a background performing system administration or software development
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or in lieu of degree, 3 years of equivalent industry experience
This position is hybrid and located in Tampa, FL.
