Join us and be part of something big!We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our development team in Jerusalem or Bnei Brak. The ideal candidate will have also have a background in data engineering and a track record of excellence and a desire to work at a fast paced start-up. This role will collaborate with a U.S.-based product team to ideate, design, and implement impactful features aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will contribute to creating seamless user experiences, data-driven optimizations, and innovative solutions to support Product-Led Growth strategies while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
This role includes some evening hours, including responding to Slack inquiries as needed.This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in-office in Jerusalem required. Wednesday’s are a company-wide in-office day in Jerusalem and the other in-office day is your choice of day (but from the Jerusalem office).Our Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for top-notch, action-oriented, team players with a strong can-do approach who will help us build the next generation of our products. You’ll have an amazing opportunity to shape our future.Responsibilities* Develop and design back-end and front-end web architecture* Collaborate with product, UI/UX, DevOps, and other teams to get high quality products and features up and running* Implement with attention to quality and best practices* Collaborate with product and design teams to identify and prioritize new featuresRequirements* Ability to work in-office, in Jerusalem, a minimum of 2 days a week- a must* Availability to collaborate with U.S.-based teams during evening hours, including responding to Slack inquiries as needed and the ability to have meetings during evening hours a few days a week.* Must own and operate a smartphone capable of utilizing Slack to monitor and address messages during evening hours when required.* Spoken and written English at a mother-tongue level is an absolute must* 4+ years experience with React or Angular - Must* 4+ years experience with NodeJS - Must * 2+ years experience with Typescript - Must* 3+ years experience with SQL DB technologies - Must* 2+ years of experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies or related customer acquisition and retention methodologies- a big advantage.* Experience working with microservice architecture - Must* Experience working in a Cloud environment - Must (GCP - big advantage)* Experience with No-SQL DB like MongoDB, Firestore, ElasticSearch - Advantage * Experience working at an early-stage startup company - Advantage
