Our intelligent, hardworking team of people do the impossible every single day, yet remain incredibly kind, humble, and always ready to support one another.We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Materials Program Manager to oversee our inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across stock management, work order processes, and returns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and demonstrate the ability to analyze and visualize data effectively.

What You’ll Do


  • Manage open POs, inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Present material related reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. This includes reporting warehouse inventory stock levels, spend projections, scrap projections, open PO amounts, ordering requirements based on updated forecasts or BOMs, etc.
  • Lead continuous improvements on inventory reporting accuracy and timeliness. Activities may include leading inventory audits, driving process improvements on material returns, tracking BOM configuration changes, and improving spreadsheets or documentation structures.
  • Drive the timely arrival of all inbound materials to our inventory. Daily activities include supplier shipment reviews, lead time documentation, resolving custom clearance or logistics issues, etc.
  • Identify and drive lead time improvement initiatives, including buffer stock strategies.
  • Optimize logistics solutions to balance cost and lead time needs.
  • Drive the timely issuance of all outbound materials from our inventory. Daily activities include issuing work orders, tracking latest production demand, supporting sub-assembly inventory strategy, etc.
  • Align BOM configuration changes from cross functional teams, based on latest customer requests.
  • Optimize materials issuance from the inventory pool of new, reused, returned, modified parts.

Who You Are


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • 5~10 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain related roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, in particular analyzing and presenting large data sets.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (ex: NetSuite), data visualization systems (ex: Tableau) a plus.
  • Familiarity with overseas logistics, custom clearance is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
