By providing our suppliers and customers with streamlined services, they are able to focus on their core business.Tricon is seeking a Operations Manager in Kenya. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the complete Bookkeeping function of the business entities. Ensuring close coordination with the Back-office operations for Bookkeeping and MIS.
- Formulation of Annual Operating Plans and implementation of the same.
- Responsible for ensuring Risk Mitigation Measures in place for the Business operations.
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Financial reporting supported by due analysis and deviation reporting.
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business. Ensuring Internal control and internal checks in the system. Ensuring there is no revenue leakage in the system, act as custodian of all the assets of the enterprise.
- Coordination with Credit Control Team
- Cash flow management/Liasioning with the bankers.
- Ensuring Compliance with Statutory law and Financial regulations
- Mentoring of direct team members.
- Managing cross functional teams as per the Business requirement and playing Business support role in major commercial decisions.
- Statutory Audit handling and ensuring Tax Compliance and coordination with Revenue Authorities whenever necessary.
Qualifications/Skills
- 7 to 15 years of Experience handling the entire Accounts & Operations
