Here’s how you’ll rock this role:Talent Acquisition Rockstar: Find, attract, and hire the best and brightest across various roles.Community Engagement Leader: Represent Berry Law at local events, job fairs, and networking meetups. Build relationships with community organizations, universities, and other partners to strengthen our hiring pipeline.Brand Ambassador: Be the voice and face of Berry Law’s culture and values. Showcase why this is the BEST place to work.Collaborative Partner: Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and create strategies to meet them.What you bring:A passion for people and community engagement.At least 7 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Creativity and enthusiasm to think outside the box.Alignment with our mission and values – bonus points if you’re a Veteran or have experience supporting the military/veteran community!Be a Part of a Winning Team:• Awards: Inc.
