Role: Community Assistant Reports to: CEOSummary: As the Community Assistant, you will support multiple digital communities, assist marketing efforts for Business Builders and Agency Builders, support live events, and provide executive support to the CEO. Your work will foster engagement, streamline operations, and drive organizational success.KRA 1: Community Support and CareWhat Winning Looks Like:
- Increase community engagement by 100% in 6 months and maintain positive feedback.
What It Will Take:
- Engage with members to build relationships and foster belonging.
- Monitor platforms like Circle.so & Slack, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize events and activities to maintain engagement.
- Gather feedback to improve community experiences.
KRA 2: Marketing Support for Business Builders and Agency BuildersWhat Winning Looks Like:
- Execute 1+ major marketing campaign quarterly with measurable improvements.
What It Will Take:
- Assist in executing campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Create and distribute marketing content (emails, posts, collateral).
- Gather insights to optimize campaigns and messaging.
- Support promotional efforts for Business and Agency Builders.
KRA 3: Support Live Events for the CompanyWhat Winning Looks Like:
- Successful planning and execution of events with 90%+ attendee satisfaction.
What It Will Take:
- Coordinate logistics, including venues, scheduling, and vendors.
- Be the primary contact for event inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with teams to align events with objectives.
- Gather feedback to improve future events.
KRA 4: Executive Support to the CEOWhat Winning Looks Like:
- 100% of CEO meetings, tasks, and priorities are effectively managed.
What It Will Take:
- Support regular updates of CEOs social media & YouTUbe accounts to align with company marketing efforts
- Help the CEO manage calendar, appointments, and communications as needed.
- Prepare agendas, follow up on action items, and streamline communications.
- Support scheduling of podcasts and next steps
- Track tasks and deadlines to ensure nothing is missed.
