What you’ll do:
- Establish and track core product metrics and KPIs, including subscription uptake, renewals, LTV, and growth, to provide visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user cohorts, vintages, and usage patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Proactively identify subscription churn risks, using data to inform retention strategies, personalized offers, and customer communications.
- Collaborate on promo optimization and cost analysis, evaluating the impact of promotional campaigns and providing recommendations for maximizing return on investment.
- Define and segment user personas based on data insights, enabling more targeted product development and marketing efforts.
- Analyze product funnels and user flows (e.g., onboarding, feature adoption, and A/B testing) to inform product improvements and feature prioritization.
- Support data-driven sales strategies by providing insights on course/content sales performance and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate and visualize key insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders across teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product to drive insights and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, Salesforce, or similar tools, and understanding of key eCommerce metrics (e.g., conversions, cart abandonment, transaction volume).
- Experience in gaming analytics or familiarity with user behavior in interactive or simulation-based products (e.g., gaming, sports tech, or virtual environments).
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong ability to define KPIs and track them across different product areas.
- Experience analyzing customer behavior, churn, and cohort analysis.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user flows, and feature adoption analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with subscription metrics (e.g., LTV, churn, upsell).
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and product optimization.
Pay Range:Annual Salary: $63,400.00 - $95,000.00
