Warehouse / Yard Worker
Royal Hawaiian Movers is one of the largest transportation and moving companies in the state and one of the only companies to have its own trucks and warehouses on all four Hawaiian Islands. Our personalized service is reflected through our knowledgeable staff, many of whom have been with us for over 35 years.We are looking for a Warehouse / Yard Worker for our Maui location who will assist the Warehouse Department in keeping the area clean, organized, and free of trash. Assisting with stenciling crates and use of power tools.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep, clean entire warehouse, loading docks and yard
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areas organized and free of debris
- Main refuge (trash) area
- Wear proper safety equipment
- Assemble shipping crates (stenciling)
- Operate a hand truck
- Use power tools (saw, nail gun, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of warehouse / yard work or related experience
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 75 pounds unassisted
- Sit, stand, crouch or bend for extended periods of time
- Must be authorized to work in the US and be at least 18 years old
- Work outside in varying temperature
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
