Intro:


 We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will report to the FP&A Manager at Front Row and work cross-functionally in the team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Description:


●        Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.●        Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.●        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.●        Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance against targets and budgets.●        Prepare variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual performance and forecasts/budgets.●        Assist in developing and monitoring financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.●        Support the preparation of presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.●        Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business cases.●        Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements


●        Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a finance-related function (e.g., financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A) OR 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, with strong analytical and financial modelling skills.●        Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.●        Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.●        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint●        Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights.●        Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.●        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.●        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.●        Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.●        Hybrid schedule: 3 days a week in-office in New York, and 2 days remote.
