The production worker will perform a wide range of tasks to build a variety of electromechanical devices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of production operations• Operates machinery and equipment• Maintains quality control• Sets up and organizes work area and obtains material, supplies and equipment• Maintains premises in a clean and orderly fashion and makes minor repairs• Completes required paperworkRequirements
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
- Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
- Surface Mount Soldering skills, preferred
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in a warehouse, Electronic/Manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently
- Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing or sitting for long periods of time.
- Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. regularly
Additional Information:· This is an on-site opportunity that must be done from our location in Hayward, CA· Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position.This position is part of the Teamsters Local 853 union and requires membership.
- Starting pay is $22.10 (After 90-day probation, pay increases to $22.85)
- Shift: 4 10-hour days (Mon-Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
- Must become a member of the Teamsters Local 853 union

- Must pass background and drug screening
