About the job
- Integrate software development and operational processes within the company, develop and manage Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) processes.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, optimize debugging processes, and take necessary corrective actions.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across all layers of the infrastructure.
- Develop various strategies to optimize and accelerate application performance.
- Establish effective communication between development and operations teams, enhance collaboration and integration between teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP
- Proficient in configuration management tools (AWS Cloudformation, Terraform)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, CircleCI) and automation processes.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Proficient in scripting languages Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Basic knowledge of security and networking.
- Strong communication skills, high problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus
