Who We Are Looking For


Thrive Causemetics is searching for a motivated and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role will blend data analysis and business intelligence to drive actionable insights across marketing, customer success, customer retention, and product analysis. We need someone with strong analytical chops, expertise in Python, and a passion for empowering others through data.

What You Will Be Doing:


  • Problem-Solving Across Domains: Tackle unique challenges in marketing, customer success, and beyond with creative and data-driven solutions.
  • Customer Insights for Strategy: Use customer data to refine marketing strategies, improve e-commerce performance, and elevate brand campaigns.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards that combine data visualizations and tabular insights, delivering real-time, accessible insights across departments.
  • Ad Performance Optimization: Apply data science strategies—such as testing, attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling (MMM)—to analyze marketing data and enhance the effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance data management processes by identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining workflows.
  • Data Translation: Simplify complex data into digestible insights tailored to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Respond to data requests and perform targeted queries to meet evolving business needs.

What Will Make You Stand Out:


  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Python for data analytics, including libraries like pandas, sklearn, matplotlib, seaborn, or plotly.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical insights and business needs.

This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
