We are looking for a dynamic and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of crafting consistent, impactful messaging that resonates across diverse stakeholders. In this role, you will focus on positioning our HR/skills-based tech products in the market, driving sales enablement strategies, and supporting scalable content development. If you have experience in HR tech, thrive in startup environments, and excel at messaging and positioning, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product messaging and positioning strategies to clearly articulate value propositions and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, onboarding resources, and certification programs.
- Drive the content strategy by producing compelling assets, such as case studies, white papers, and blog posts, to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR tech or skills-based employee learning platforms, with hands-on product marketing experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and launching product marketing strategies within startup environments.
- Strong track record of developing messaging frameworks and content strategies.
- Familiarity with HR HCM systems and their integration into marketing efforts.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills focus on delivering clear and consistent messaging.
