About the Role:


We’re looking for a visionary, passionate and experienced brand marketer to lead Nanit into its next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a brand for the most awarded baby monitor and parenting platform. This leader will be a strategic brand architect and a creative self starter, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for building iconic brands. You should have that blend of strategic thinking and creative skills, with a clear understanding of what makes a compelling message, visual and campaign idea.

You are someone who can lead internal marketers, agency and freelance partners and an internal creative team, pushing everyone to deliver their best work. You will have the amazing opportunity to build this brand to its full potential while making a real impact on the daily lives of families all over the world.

What you'll be doing:


  • Develop and champion a comprehensive brand vision and strategy that articulates Nanit's unique value proposition, brand personality, and positioning in the market
  • Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with our target audience and communicate the emotional and functional benefits of Nanit
  • Oversee the full digital presence for Nanit across owned and paid channels, including the website, Amazon listings and ads, Shopper Marketing (digital marketing on retailer websites and apps, and paid social/digital advertising (Meta, Tiktok, Google, etc.)
  • Drive messaging and concepts for growth marketing tactics that will deliver effectiveness and improved paid performance
  • Guide the development of high-quality creative assets that are on-brand and align with channel best practices. Ensure messaging and visual consistency across channels
  • Collaborate with growth marketing channel leads on tentpole campaigns throughout the year to drive impact from upper funnel tactics
  • Drive the team to ideate, move quickly and stay relevant particularly in social 
  • Make PR an integrated part of the brand and help deliver ideas that and storylines that drive press coverage
  • Leverage consumer insights and social listening to better inform our brand position, messaging and initiatives
  • Collaborate with product marketing and product design to ensure brand consistency and elevate the customer experience
  • Build, mentor and inspire the brand team, consisting of PR, organic social, content, community, retail marketing, international marketing and internal creative
  • Collaborate with growth marketing channel leads on tentpole campaigns throughout the year to drive impact from upper funnel tactics
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract key insights, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders. You'll use data to inform strategies and demonstrate the impact of your work.

Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role at a high-growth technology or D2C consumer brand 
  • A proven track record of building and scaling successful brands, with a strong understanding of brand strategy and brand storytelling.
  • Deep expertise in all major digital marketing channels, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.


Salary Range:  $220,000-$250,000 base salary, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
