The Opportunity:


We are seeking a highly-skilled Senior IT Application Engineer specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce to design, implement, and optimize business solutions tailored to our internal teams' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our Salesforce platform is scalable, efficient, and seamlessly integrated with other tools. This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our local office.


Your Mission:


  • Manage, optimize, and customize the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to meet evolving business needs
  • Implement new software solutions into Salesforce ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
  • Apply knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools to enhance the quoting and sales process
  • Lead and execute Salesforce Sales Cloud projects, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, and post-launch support
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues while minimizing business disruption
  • Assess the performance of existing Salesforce features and integrations, making recommendations for enhancements or upgrades
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and changes to ensure transparency and team alignment
  • Act as the bridge between IT and business teams, providing clear updates and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

What you need to succeed:


  • 5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and implementing related projects
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining advanced Salesforce automations using tools such as Flows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with documented business processes 
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications
  • Hands-on experience with connector tools such as Workato, Celigo, or MuleSoft for integrating third-party applications with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools and their implementation within Salesforce
  • Proven ability to design and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including advanced automations, custom objects, and data models
  • Demonstrates expertise in system integration patterns, including REST APIs and HTTP protocols, to design and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues independently
  • Demonstrated success in managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
