The Opportunity at Komodo Health


The Product Operations team under the Product Management organization at Komodo Health is responsible for driving product excellence. The Product Analyst role will drive data-driven decision-making and enhance product performance through actionable insights. This role will support critical Product and business strategies, help enrich customer discussions with data, and ensure product lifecycle success.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…


  • Deliver a suite of interactive dashboards (via Tableau, and other product analytics tools) that visualize key product performance metrics and customer behavior trends.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive analytics framework with our Product management and product strategy group, including A/B testing and cohort analysis, to evaluate product features and customer engagement.
  • Identify and present actionable insights that lead to measurable improvements in product usage, customer satisfaction, and market positioning.
  • Establish and document scalable processes for data extraction, analysis, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the organization.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Managers, Designers, Product strategists, Engineers, and customer teams to align on product objectives.

You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…


  • Build, refine, and maintain Tableau dashboards to track key performance indicators, user behavior, and customer feedback trends.
  • Conduct A/B testing, feature analysis, user retention analysis, and leverage other techniques to evaluate product effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Collect, visualize and interpret data on customer behavior before, during, and after product usage to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring the right data that needs to be visualized through Data pipelines
  • Build intake processes for product usage metrics request
  • Create clear, visually compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

What you bring to Komodo Health:


  • ~5 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Tableau, with a demonstrated portfolio of advanced dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets from multiple data sources.
  • Familiarity with analytics techniques such as cohort analysis, A/B testing, and retention analysis.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and convey actionable insights to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
  • A learning mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement, openness to feedback, and a drive to stay updated with evolving tools, techniques, and industry trends

Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)…


  • Exposure to data modeling and ETL processes to support advanced analytics.
  • Background in product management principles and lifecycle planning.
  • Previous experience with Fullstory, Pendo and others
