Weâre looking for a Product Designer to help us in pushing Frontâs user experience to the next level. Youâll be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming new product ideas with Product Management to tweaking pixels right before launch with Engineering to adding new components to our Design System. You will utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
What youâll do:
- Lead design effort as the first Product Designer in LATAM, while collaborating with our design teams in San Francisco and Paris.
- Work on the end-user and admin experience to enable our users to deliver exceptional service to their customers in Front. Weâre talking âwowâ levels of service aquĂ.
- Help execute on and evolve the design system by designing, refining, and documenting intuitive and robust components.Â
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
- Design and communicate your vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes.
- Drive business goals through effective and efficient development of design solutions.
- Advocate for users in product decisions, engaging with cross-functional peers to balance tradeoffs, timelines, and user experiences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive design culture within a multicultural team, bringing your unique perspective to the table.
What weâre looking for:
- Experience building and shipping world-class products across various platforms
- A portfolio of design projects that show an understanding of the design process, refined UX and UI skills (separating the 2 would be a sin đ±), and holistic system thinking
- Experience working with, building and maintaining clean design system documentation
- Low ego and an eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent work environment
- Collaborative approach and belief that the best products are built through a partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions and how they relate to the problem youâre solving
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their collaboration problems
- ââStrong English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Experience with SaaS, B2B or other complex technical systems is a plus
- You are eligible to work in Argentina or Chile
