The Solutions Consultant  plays a critical role in our organization by supporting the sales team  as an e-commerce / OMS subject matter expert and by delivering thoughtful product demos that drive deal closure.  This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce and Order Management systems and best practices, along with  strong presentation and storytelling skills. The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of similar experience in the ecommerce or Order Management space working for a product vendor or consulting organization.

Your responsibilities:


- Work closely with Sales in helping devise value-based solutions for prospective customers. - Be a subject matter expert for all elements of the fabric platform.- Lead  business and technical discovery during the sales cycles- Customer demos- Work on RFPs RFIs- Intake of customer feedback in order to communicate with product & engineering teams for potential  roadmap initiatives- Support the product marketing and partnership teams Provide technical guidance during the sales process to the sales team and potential customers to ensure that deals are closed consistently- Represent the company at industry events and panels

What you bring to the table: 


- Experience in a technical consulting, solutions, or engineering role - 5+ years of technical experience (eCommerce or Order Management)- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience- Willingness to learn- Advanced written and verbal communication skills- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills- Understand technology and ability to work with technical people- Motivated by the success of your team and customers- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent degreeThe annual base salary range for this position is 122k to 162k CAD.The annual base salary range for this full-time position reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all Canada locations.

Actual pay may vary, depending on qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity options, and company benefits (your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process).
