About the role:
Are you a creative designer with a knack for crafting visually stunning and user-friendly Sharepoint pages? We're seeking a short-term Sharepoint Architect (Contractor) to bring a fresh, aesthetic approach to designing pages for our Sales Revenue Enablement teams (Account Executives (AEs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Engineers (SEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), etc.). This short-term role is perfect for someone who thrives on combining design experience with functionality to create impactful experiences for our Sales Revenue Enablement teams.
What you will do:
- Create a visually captivating and easy-to-navigate Sharepoint site for Sales Revenue Enablement ensuring it's an easy-to-navigate go-to resource for AEs, BDRs, SEs, CSMs, and more.
- Develop frameworks for effective information management, including structuring and organizing assets within Sharepoint sites, libraries, and lists to streamline access and usability.
- Develop and manage Sharepoint workflows, libraries and lists to support effect resource management and team collaboration.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the Sales Revenue Enablement team to update and refine information as needed.
- Design a dedicated Sharepoint page for Sales Kickoff (SKO) 2025 Enablement, incorporating essential details like learning objectives, agendas, logistics, and other key information in an engaging and easy-to-access format.
What you'll bring:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your Sharepoint design skills and a talent for creating visually appealing pages that engage users. (Please attach your portfolio to your application.)
- Familiarity with the needs and priorities of sales and Sales Revenue Enablement teams, ensuring solutions meet their specific requirements.
- Proven ability to build frameworks for organizing and managing information effectively across teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with stakeholders and align Sharepoint solutions with team goals.
- Expertise in developing and managing Sharepoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows to enhance functionality and optimize performance.
