At Fi, you will :
-Lead a team of analysts and ensure that the team is meeting its goals and objectives.-Lead and manage new projects within the AML/KYC compliance team, including project planning, execution, and closure.-Conduct due diligence on customers and transactions, and identify & report suspicious activity.-Implement and maintain compliance procedures in accordance with AML and KYC regulations.-Maintain accurate records and documentation of due diligence and compliance procedures.-Provide training and mentoring to team members on AML and KYC regulations and procedures.-Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.-Stay current with regulatory changes and updates related to AML and KYC and implement them in the team’s - -policies and procedures.-Act as a point of escalation for complex cases, and provide guidance to the team in the resolution process.-Prepare and present reports to the senior management on the team's performance and compliance status.Selection Process : Once you apply via the careers page, our talent team will reach out to set up an interview with the operations team, if we find your profile relevant to Fi.Expect at least 3 rounds to assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and a team fitmentWe aspire to create an inclusive culture of diverse people not just because it's the right thing to do but because heterogeneity inspires us and is more fun!
