Senior Director, Product Operations & Transformation

You will join the Strategy organization as Senior Director, Product Operations and Transformation reporting to the SVP, Strategy. This leadership role will drive key product management transformation initiatives by implementing SaaS best practices, supporting operational cadence, and leading change management. This is a strategic role with influence and reach across the broader RealPage organization 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Product Management Transformation 
  • Own multi-year transformation strategy, roadmap, and operational execution 
  • Partner with GMs and Product lines of business to proactively scale the product management function 
  • Define and implement business practices to optimize all aspects of the product lifecycle 
  • Evangelize the function through communications and change management 
  • Product Operations Priorities 
  • Own roadmap governance and mature release practices across product portfolio in partnership with Engineering Operations 
  • Develop, implement, and scale product launch practices, playbooks, and operating cadence across the product portfolio 
  • Define and evolve product management roles, expectations, and ways of working 
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to evolve field and operational team enablement practices 
  • Ensure roadmap alignment with annual investment planning and portfolio management 
  • Design and help oversee relevant product management training programs with HR and Training Teams 
  • Adapt to lead new initiatives based on business goals and priorities 
  • Business Operations 
  • Drive executive communications and reporting as part of operating cadence (Board Notes, transformation program, initiative specific deep dives) 
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of analysts (2-3) to execute key goals and drive continuous improvement 
  • Support Strategy organization with quarterly planning and goal setting 
  • Partner with Corporate transformation efforts as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS


Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (MBA a plus) 
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Management Operations along with strategic acumen (SaaS preferable) 
  • 5 years of management experience

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels (verbal, written, presentations)

  • Ability to orchestrate and manage complex projects/programs with high attention to detail 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
