❖ Design, develop, review and test software applications❖ Participate in reviews of code, design, and requirement specifications to ensure feasibility❖ Mentor and improve team's technical capabilities and establish best practices for software development❖ Work with customers to understand and fix specific problems that they face❖ Work with various stakeholders to ensure the right software is built❖ Provide regular updates on progress and delays encountered during development❖ Delivery against release plans: Lead development of key features and fixing bugs.❖ Collaboration with Support: Work closely with support, investigate and address customer's issues.❖ Team Enablement: Mentor junior engineers and help accelerate work towards becoming a self-sustaining team
