Associate Program Manager
- To understand the basics of Revenera products, software development life cycle & processes.
- Work with team to create a program management plan covering scope, schedule, resources, risks and governance
- Working on various programs, keeping information about the team's progress up-to-date, accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all parties
- Communicate program status, milestones, issues and change requests effectively across stakeholders
- Continuously monitor project health, interdependencies, resource allocation and risk mitigation activities and keep stakeholders informed.
- Provide consolidated reporting and analysis on schedule, budget, scope performance
- Track and report on realization of benefits across program lifecycle
- To support and maintain existing software functionality; to investigate, analyse and correct identified defects within established service level agreements.
- To develop software to meet requirements / specifications in accordance with the development schedule.
- Continually update skills by learning new technologies & tools relevant to the role.
- Promote and advocate best practices within the R&D team and throughout the business

Functional Skills and Experiences
- Any Bachelors/Masters degre
- 1-2 years of program management experience
- Programming or scripting experience in projects or internships a plus
- Good knowledge in at least one programming language.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A logical thinker
