Responsibility
- Responsible for test system / hardware (probe card/ load board) qualification, and release to the final/wafer factory.- Production test program implementation and management- Online debugging when test related issues happening in the production- Product test yield, QA test first-time right, test efficiency and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) improvement.- FT Product's hold lot disposition, yield analysis and improvement.- Sustaining product interface boards, test hardwares (probe card/ load board).- SOP(Standard Operating Procedures), OCAP(Out of Control Action Plan) documents determination and establishment.- Automation adoption, Simplify the existed complicate manual works, make them automatic, moving toward to the smart factory.
Example, automation tool development, Innovative AI module development.Minimum Qualifications- Within 2 years working experience in related field.- Good at English Reading & Writing.- Good at Communicating & Cooperating with others.- Basic knowledge of electronic circuit.- Basic knowledge of Electricity meter & Oscilloscope.- Coordination ability.- Team works.Preferred Qualifications- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering related is a plus.- C/C++/ Linux / Java programming language.- Have good logistic and positive thinking.More information about NXP in Greater China...#LI-9599
