Job Descriptions:
  • New product introduction Safe Launch coordination, including
  • New product production Safe Launch monitoring plan alignment & handover with development team
  • Execute & monitor new production performance by following defined plan
  • Material release review board hosting for Safe Launch products
  • Report the monitor result to Site review board to close the Safe Launch & project
  • Coordination of observed quality / workability events root cause finding, containment, permanent solution during Safe Launch period
  • Continuous improvement for observed NPI problems during Safe Launch
  • Assembly engineering notice system maintenance

Requirement:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in science or engineering department
  • Good communication skill
  • Good English skill
  • Seniority less than 2 years
  • Familiar with project management would be a plus
