Position Overview:   


The Enablement Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, this individual is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team. The ideal candidate is an innovative and experienced sales coach and program manager who is creative, inspiring, and driven to build a culture of continuous learning and growth.  This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the sales organization, driving growth and success through impactful enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:   


  • Sales Onboarding & Training  
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive new hire onboarding program to accelerate ramp time and ensure early success.  
  • Design and deliver ongoing sales training programs based on the company's chosen sales methodology, tailored to various sales roles.  
  • Sales Coaching & Development  
  • Act as a coach for the sales team, providing one-on-one and group coaching to improve performance and close rates.  
  • Collaborate with sales managers to implement personalized development plans for their teams.   
  • Program Management  
  • Develop and execute innovative sales enablement strategies and programs that align with business goals.  
  • Manage the creation of training content, including playbooks, e-learning modules, and workshop materials.  
  • Leadership Training  
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs for sales managers to enhance their coaching and management skills.  
  • Provide tools and resources to help managers lead their teams effectively.  
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting  
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, gathering feedback to improve content and delivery.  
  • Present program outcomes and insights to the Executive Leadership team.   

Qualifications:  


  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales coaching, or training, preferably in a B2B environment.  

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training and enablement programs.  

  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and strategies.  

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.  

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.  

  • Creative and inspiring approach to training and coaching.  

  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and learning management systems (LMS).
