Simbe Robotics is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Robot Operations Associate to ensure the optimal performance of our robots. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities


  • Monitor and manage the performance of robots deployed in retail environments, ensuring we meet our internal KPIs and external SLAs.
  • Exercise extreme ownership in technical issue resolution. When needed, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, support, and customer success, to address and resolve operational issues.
  • Execute against Simbe’s internal workflows and reporting systems to track robot performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in robot operations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of operational processes and customer interactions.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
  • Familiarity with robotics, data analysis, or the retail industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

$32 - $35 an hourThe base salary offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
