Summary

We are looking for a talented Web Developer with solid experience in React and a range of modern web technologies. You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing user-focused, scalable web applications. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in front-end development, a passion for clean and efficient code, and a few years of hands-on experience in delivering successful projects.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop & Maintain Web Applications: Design, build, and enhance interactive, dynamic web applications using React and other modern web technologies.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and implementation of features.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are fast, responsive, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in web development to improve workflows and processes.

Qualifications

Required:
React Expertise: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, React Router).
Web Development Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including responsive design principles.
Version Control: Proficiency in Git and familiarity with collaborative workflows.
API Integration: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Preferred:
Familiarity with additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., Next.js, Vue.js).
Experience with state management tools like Redux or Zustand.
Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus.
Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
