OVERVIEW:


The Platform Solutions department is integral to the firm’s mission of empowering financial futures. This department focuses on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the technology and operational infrastructure that supports Glenmede’s core business functions. By leveraging industry leading technology and streamlined operations, the Platform Solutions team ensures that Glenmede remains at the forefront of the financial services industry. The team collaborates closely with various departments to align technology initiatives with business goals, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.The Platform Solutions department is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Platform Solutions team.

This role will contribute to technology and operations projects, which enhance Glenmede’s investment management and wealth advisory services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 


Cross Collaboration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including wealth advisory, portfolio management, sales, legal counsel, and executive management to gather and analyze business requirements for technology and operations projects.

Project Management.

Assist in the development and implementation of solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.

Data Analysis and Testing.

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement. Support the testing and validation of new systems and enhancements to ensure they meet business needs. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Platform Solutions.

Firm Building.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, technology, or operations.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
