The Gist


Our RPA Developer will work as a part of a development team responsible for building financial applications for DHS. You will be instrumental in developing, managing, and maintaining the bots in this environment. You will engage in all phases of the delivery lifecycle including analysis, design, build, test, and deployment of automated solutions.

What Your Day Might Include…


  • Design, develop and implement automation models.
  • Provide technical support of RPA Automation development and implementation in UiPath.
  • Architect and develop workflow-based solutions, as needed.
  • Build code sequences to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
  • Proactively monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot, as needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a team to deliver high quality work products on time and schedule.
  • Provide support in the areas of management, information technology, finance and accounting, cost estimating, risk analysis, etc.

Requirements

You'll Bring These Qualifications...


  • US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust
  • Min 1 years supporting clients in RPA and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance
  • Ability to follow design and coding standards and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • RPA tool (ex: UIPath) developer experience
  • Experience creating SOPs and similar process guides to support RPA clients
