- Manage and grow corporate level relationship with assigned strategic accounts.
- Develop new and existing national account relationships at the parent level.
- Leverage sales resources to provide strong offering for new franchisee/child accounts at their creation.
- Coordinate local sales efforts to franchise/child accounts, providing support and strategic guidance.
- Develop actionable account plans for strategic accounts, including customer details, target opportunities, and next steps.
- Build Jon-Don presence and brand at Strategic customer events.
- Help evaluate sales force strategies, plans, goals, and objectives within strategic accounts.
- Research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
- Regularly produce and disseminate account updates, including reports for senior management, sales management, individual account owners
- Both long and short sales cycles
- Use Salesforce for notes, set reminders and tracking activity.

RequirementsREQUIRED SKILLS / ATTITUDES:
- Travel as business needs dictate.
- Strong industrial experience and thorough understanding of customers, process, vendors, and products
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
- Comfortable forging new relationships and interacting with people with diverse roles/backgrounds
- Highly organized and able to manage large numbers of internal and external stakeholders
- Self-driven with strong vision for industry
- Prior sales experience with a proven track record required
- Use of a CRM tool - Salesforce
