Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and analytical Sr. Product Manager (Crypto) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our product leadership, you will drive the development and growth of our cutting-edge cryptocurrency products, shaping the future of digital finance in the region and beyond.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for our cryptocurrency offerings, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative crypto solutions
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user needs and business impact
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency regulations, and market trends
- Present product vision, strategies, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
- Proven track record of successful product launches and driving product growth
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in user experience (UX) design principles and their application in crypto products
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the cryptocurrency industry
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Relevant cryptocurrency certifications (e.g., Certified Cryptocurrency Expert) are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions
