Production Technician
Job Type:

- Hours: 15-20 per week, flexible within core hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM), accommodating school or childcare schedules.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Technician to join our growing team. Your primary responsibilities will include executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assemble and perform quality control on micro-assemblies. High precision while working with small parts will be crucial for this role.
This position is ideal for students seeking flexibility, parents juggling childcare and work obligations, or individuals looking for part-time work.Specific responsibilities of this role:
- Follow SOPs to cut and QC optical fibers
- Glue fibers into ferrules with precision
- Inspect fiber ferrule assemblies using a microscope
- Track inventory and quality data in systems
- Work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and cleanroom protocols
About You:You are highly organized and focused in your work, and you have a strong ability to execute processes systematically. You are self-motivated and able to work on your own to meet production targets. You are passionate about continuous improvements in quality and efficiency to help improve production processes.
