We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People and Culture team for the Summer 2025 Internship Program. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and administrative support. The HR Intern will work closely with the team to support day-to-day HR operations while gaining valuable insights into human resources management in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Support pre-employment processes such as background checks and reference verifications.
- Help prepare onboarding materials and assist in coordinating orientation sessions.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documents, including contracts and performance records.
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as events or recognition programs.
- Track attendance and collect feedback from training participants.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
