Share inputs and advice to the Business Team on Crop-variant selection and financial modelling
Own identification of land, labor, water-source, inputs and all required resources for our captive cultivation projects
Own and execute the complete project planning: resource planning-allocation, supervision, expense management, etc
Own creation and enforcement of Package of Practices
Control Expenses to within budgets and regularly report all project metrics
Take all necessary actions towards achieving the expected yield
In case of contract farming (farmer-led cultivation), own the farmer selection, education and execution of the cultivation practices
Bangalore, involves extensive travel to the farm locations as required
