We are actively seeking a Director of Program Management who must have semi-conductor experience.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and direct Kandou’s Program Management Office
- Execute product & technology roadmap in partnership with Engineering, Operations, Product Management and Sales to realise company strategy
- Ensure that the cross-functional development and operations teams work efficiently towards robust project plans with effectively tracking progress
- Work cross functionally to ensure all aspects of product delivery are properly managed, including customer engagement, product requirement specification (PRD), resource planning, budgets and business case realization
- Work closely with internal executives and stakeholders to ensure support and alignment of project plans which will achieve technical and financial company goals
- Build trust-based relationships with customer’s including senior management. Define and drive the technical/program customer engagement model, choreographing all internal activities maximising opportunity and efficiency across Kandou
- Drive accountability and awareness into project teams, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively search out and address risks or weaknesses to ensure all program requirements are met
- Lead the timely delivery of all projects/products for both internal and external customers
- Work closely with Product Management to define product specifications and go to market plans
Required Competencies – Experience :
- At least 15 years-experience in the semiconductor industry, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role as a development or program lead
- Understanding of system design, architecture, analog/mixed-signal, digital, layout, verification, test/characterization, and qualification functions and methodologies
- Experience in the development of program management processes and tools
- First-hand experience of managing program and technical engagements with Kandou’s target customers
Required Competencies – Skills :
- Wide technical background in semiconductor development and production of SerDes or mixed-signal chips for consumer applications
- Proven project management skills
- Adept at building strong business relationships and managing the customer interface
- Proven management and interpersonal skills
