Key Responsibilities:
- Contributor Onboarding:
- Send welcome emails to new collaborators.
- Provide instructions on how to use the portal and upload articles.
- Assist contributors with technical problems and provide problem resolution as necessary.
- Update contributor profiles.
- Respond to emails promptly.
- Data Entry:
- Update contributor spreadsheets daily with the following:
- Mark contributors who are accepted.
- Update the date of the last published article.
- Collect and input profile details such as profile photo and bio.
- RSS Feed Management:
- Select and post articles on a daily basis.
- Edit high value content for clarity and communicate with Contributors to ease the burden of publishing
- Upload preselected articles from contributors to the content management system.
