The Role:
Trax is looking for an Carrier Enablement Manager in our Cebu Office. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of principles, methods and best practices used in Data Analytics, Data Management and Carrier Enablement. Candidates must be able to maintain, analyze and develop large amounts of new and varied forms of data. The candidate must be able to continuously improve the process and increase the team’s throughput that is aligned to every project delivery and operational support.Qualifications:General:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in a Shipping or Carrier Company is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- 1–5 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, finance, or statistics-related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word essential).
- Knowledge of SQL, Access, Finance, or Accounting is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
- Highly organized and customer-service driven
- Has experience in managing diverse teams
