Position Summary:
The BC Support Consultant will be responsible for providing top-notch support and troubleshooting for Business Central. This role requires a solid understanding of fundamental business processes across the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles. Experience with equipment rentals is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide expert end-user support for Business Central, including troubleshooting and ticket resolution.· Be highly visible to the organization, including being on-site as needed to provide in-person training.· Understand and manage sales, purchasing, assembly orders, and purchase orders within Business Central.· Assist with rental processes and end-user support as needed.· Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery.· Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.· Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of Business Central.· Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.· Stay updated with the latest Business Central updates and features to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
· 4-5+ years of experience in Business Central support, troubleshooting, and ticketing, including end-user support.· Strong understanding of sales, purchasing, assembly orders, and purchase orders.· Experience with rentals is a plus.· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

30 To 40 (USD) Hourly
