About the team
Are you interested in driving business outcomes through analytics? What about using data to answer difficult questions and come up with interesting insights and collaborate with others? If so, then this is the job for you. As a Senior Data Analyst in the Internal Analytics team, you get to use your quantitative skill set, obsession around customer value, drive for operational efficiency, and collaborative spirit to work cross-functionally, to provide data-driven insights and productize workflows to enable our operational teams to reach the next level.
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and reports to operationalize workflows and provide data-driven insights.
- Analyze raw data, assess quality, profiling, cleansing, and structuring for downstream processing
- Identify opportunities that present the most potential for customer value, and operational efficiency.
- Define and analyze operational performance metrics
- Partner with operational teams to understand requirements and areas of opportunity.
- Partner with product teams to investigate product-level analytics.
- Collaboration in the creation of single-source-of-truth normalized data and standardized denormalized data sets to power companywide analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or a related field and 3 years of work experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation
- Experience must include 3 years of experience in the following:
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and data mining
- 3+ years of experience in SQL or another programming language for data querying
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Dashboarding experience with Tableau and Looker
In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office three days weekly.
