We are hiring for an Implementation Manager who will be part of our customer success team. Your Responsibilities
Develop a solid understanding of company products and service capabilities.
Ensure client engagements are delivered in a manner that meets/exceeds customer expectations.
Review customer goals/expectations and ensure they align with the Surefire Local product/service offerings and value proposition.
Develop and maintain Implementation project plans and supporting documentation, including but not limited to task assignments, training materials, report requirements, process flows, dashboard metrics, etc.
Provide accurate timelines for project deliveries.
Manage workflow for both client and internal tasks and milestones.
Identify service issue trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a plan of action for improvement.
Work with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Support to provide a seamless client transition through the customer journey.
● Other job-related duties as assigned. The first thirty (30) days of employment are considered the employee’s training period. During this time, you may be required to complete your training onsite at our local office or remote on a daily basis. Once the training period is complete, this role is a hybrid or remote position dependent on your location. Our expectation is that you have home internet access and sufficient space to work from home effectively.
In the event that you are unable to work from home for any reason you may be required to work in-person at our local office.Your Skills, Experience And Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience
SaaS software/integration
Training clients in cloud-based software
Project management within a client or consulting service
Working in a customer-focused role, preferably in a consultative capacity
Business process analysis and problem resolution
Working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who can identify issues and problem-solve as required
Ability to adapt to change
Strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate extensive interactions across the organization and with multiple customers
Eager to learn, adapt, and perfect your work
Bachelor's Degree or higher
